Our boot camp programs are a combination of resistance training, cardiovascular training, sport specific and military drills, flexibility, core training, and loads of fun! Every workout is different and designed to help you move your body while building lean and sexy muscles. You will learn how to use your body, move properly, build strength and increase performance and fat loss. We utilize your own body and other equipment such as the TRX straps, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, tires, ropes and sports conditioning equipment among other things.
By far it's one of the best ways to get in shape fast! It is performed in a group type environment with a personal touch of semi-private coaching. We limit the size our training groups to no more than 18 clients per class.
At FITLORENZO you will learn to push yourself in a healthy way, mainly because it’s only human nature to challenge yourself when you are in a group setting.
