Complimentary Shuttle
Westgate Flamingo Bay Resort operates a complimentary shuttle daily from 10 AM until 2 AM to Planet Hollywood Towers by Westgate, located on the Las Vegas Strip. In addition, a special trip to the grocery store is available on Monday, Thursday and Saturday mornings at 9 AM. Seating for all shuttle runs is limited, and is on a first come first served basis.

Flamingo Bay – Las Vegas Terms and Conditions

1. This vacation certificate entitles the buyer or recipient to 3 days and 2 nights accommodations in Las Vegas, Nevada, in a 1 Bedroom Suite at Westgate Flamingo Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada, or comparable accommodations. Resort and room assignments will be completed upon receipt of your date request submission and are based on space availability.

2. You may travel at any time of the year based on The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC room allotments. All reservations are based on space availability. Holidays have limited or no availability, but may be available for an additional fee. Reservations must be made at least 30 days in advance.

3. This vacation certificate is valid for married or cohabiting couples, who must be 27 years of age or older, have an a combined annual income of at least $50,000, and possess a valid major credit card (Checkbooks, check cards and debit cards are not valid). for a fully refundable reservation room deposit. A $50.00 fully refundable reservation room guarantee deposit, via credit card, is required at the time of submitting your date request and is refunded after travel.

4. We will e-mail you a hotel confirmation once your accommodations are confirmed. We recommend that you do not make air or car rental reservations until your stay is confirmed for the dates of your choice. You will receive confirmation within 4-7 days of receipt of your reservation request.

5. This vacation certificate is valid only for your hotel accommodations. It does not include transportation, taxes, portage, gratuities, service charges, or incidental expenses.

6. This vacation certificate is not redeemable for cash or any other consideration. Two or more vacation certificates cannot be used for group travel. Certificate cannot be used in conjunction with any other travel certificate or resort discount code. Travelers limited to one vacation certificate from The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC per destination per year.

7. This vacation certificate is fully transferable, should you wish to use it as a gift, subject to all terms and conditions.

8. The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC is not to be held responsible for any act of God, and / or for any other circumstance beyond our control that may cause a the destination to become unavailable. In the event that such a circumstance occurs, The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC will offer a substitute destination.

9. This vacation certificate is valid for twelve (12) months from date of purchase.

10.This offer is not valid for residents living less than 100 miles from the resort.
