Details of Participation This vacation offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion and is not valid for full-time students, group travel (Description: group travel is two or more parties that know each other traveling to the same resort on the same dates using more than one voucher, regardless if the vouchers were purchased separately) or persons attending a convention. This offer is transferable as long as the transferee meets all of the qualifications detailed below. This offer is valid for legal U.S. and Canadian residents only.

Reservations should be made 30 days in advance of your intended arrival date. Due to normal reservation patterns, availability will be more limited on weekends, peak travel times and holiday periods. If you have made reservations and must reschedule for any reason, a $25 change fee will apply. To reschedule your reservation, you must contact us as least two (2) weeks in advance of your scheduled arrival date. Participants with confirmed reservations who fail to check-in on their reservation date or fail to reschedule at least two (2) weeks in advance of their arrival date shall forfeit their use of this certificate and be charged a one night “no show” fee. Clients who check in and fail to meet the details of participation will be charged a fee equal to all room nights at rack rate plus tax, client will also not receive any special gifts associated with this package.

· Married or Cohabitating couples only both must be 28 years of age or older.
· You must have a yearly income of $50,000.
· This package includes accommodations for up to two adults and two children under the age of 18 (Children must be at least 3 years old and are required to stay in an attended children’s room) All transportation and incidentals are your responsibility. The package does not include any applicable taxes, hotel service fees or regulatory surcharges. · You cannot have attended a Festiva Adventure Club presentation in New Orleans within the past 13 months and you cannot have attended any Festiva Adventure Club presentation in the past 6 months.
