- All orders leave our warehouse within two business days, and are shipped by United States Postal Service. Each order is subject to a packaging and handling fee of 59 cents, plus 40 cents per item ordered. For orders of six or more items, and some promotional items, shipping is charged at a flat fee of $2.99 per order.
Allow five to seven business days for delivery. - Privacy & Security
- Your contact information will not be sold or shared with any third party without your express consent. However, you may be contacted by Half Off Depot and notified of upcoming sales, coupons and giveaways. You may opt out of these mailings at any time.
- Returns & Replacements
- We will gladly accept an exchange on any gift card within 60 days of purchase, provided that one of the following conditions is met:
- The business closes unexpectedly. If a business shuts down while you are holding a valid (not expired) gift certificate, during the first 60 days after purchase, you will be offered an exchange on the full value of your purchase for another certificate.
- The business refuses to honor the certificate. If we are able to confirm that a business is refusing Half Off Depot gift certificates for some reason, and are unable to resolve the misunderstanding, you will be entitled to a full refund or even exchange.
- There is an error in filling your order. If we make a mistake, we will of course correct it immediately. If it isn't possible to correct the mistake, the unfulfilled portion of your order will be promptly refunded.
- Ordering
- You may order online at HalfOffDepot.com using your PayPal account, your credit card (through a secure PayPal gateway, for those who do not wish to open a PayPal account), or your Google Checkout account. If you would prefer to purchase gift certificates in person, you may do so by visiting the Sunday Paper Publishing offices at 763 Trabert Avenue NW, Suite D, in Atlanta, Georgia. Our office is open for sales between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. each day, and you may pay in person in cash or with a credit card.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Half Off Depot occasionally implements temporary sale prices which are only valid on orders placed within the sale period. We will not retroactively honor any sale price on an order placed before or after the active sale period. Sale prices will, however, be activated on new orders placed by clicking "Reorder" on the My Account page, even if the original order was made at the regular price.
- Viewing Orders
- Orders you've placed in the past can be viewed, tracked, and reordered online. Simply click "My Account" at the top of the Half Off Depot screen, and look for your most recent orders. If you have questions about an order, you may call us at 404-974-3803 at any time.
- Updating Account Information
- To update your account information, including your contact information, saved addresses, wish list and product reviews, click "My Account" at the top of the Half Off Depot screen. Please ensure that your account information is up to date when placing a new order.
