Welcome to Taverna Fiorentina, Atlanta’s premier Tuscan restaurant – offering a bustling yet intimate dining atmosphere and authentic Tuscan dishes. Time honored Florentine dishes stand beside contemporary classics from Italy’s most famous region, Tuscany – legendary for both its rich tradition and daring diversity. From the house made pastas to the chef’s nightly specials, the menu successfully marries regional classics with contemporary culinary accents. And the eclectic wine list, mostly Italian, perfectly complements the Tuscan fare.

Conveniently located near the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre, Taverna Fiorentina was recently selected as a favorite pre-show dining option by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s Dining Critic, John Kessler. “If you’re in the mood for a meal that will feel as special as the show itself and don’t mind having to re-park your car, you should check out the nearby Riverview Village Shopping Center...But if I’m heading back to a show with my wife, I think we’ll opt for Taverna Fiorentina, the kind of cozy little Italian spot with good food that we never tire of...This is a quirky place that’s easy to like.”

Fresh, simple and flavorful – Taverna Fiorentina brings a taste of Tuscany to Atlanta.

This is truly a neighborhood gem. Great italian food, the best was the veal stuffed agnolotti with a wine reduction.

First and foremost, this is the best Italian food I've had in the Atlanta area. The ingredients are simple but high quality, and they're put together with an expert's touch. Plus the prices are mid-range, so it won't bust your budget like its midtown counterparts. I had the stuffed pork loin - perfectly cooked, and the gorgonzola polenta was delicious.
Second, the drinks are spectacular. It's not your usual gussied-up screwdrivers - I actually learned a thing or two about booze by asking my (friendly and knowledgeable) server about my drink.
Also, it's cozy as hell, and an excellent place to take a date.
