After purchase completion of certificates on Half Off Depot's website, non-printable items will be mailed through USPS to be received by the customer within two weeks. If items are not received in that timeframe, please contact Half Off Depot for order tracking. If gift cards cannot be used at merchant location, we will gladly give a an exchange within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days of purchase, Half Off Depot's refund policy is void.
