At Sal Grosso, you'll dine "Gaucho" style, which is a traditional way of cooking and serving food that dates back to the South Brazilian cowboys of the 18th century. You'll start your meal at a buffet loaded with fresh gourmet salads, imported cheeses and cold cuts, and other special dishes… and then you'll return to your seat for table-side service from the Gauchos in their traditional dress, who will offer you skewers of 16 different varieties of beef, lamb, poultry and pork. You can enjoy as much as you like... you control the menu and the service!
Garden Fresh Buffet:
Made fresh daily, this 24-item buffet is filled with a variety of gourmet items such as hearts of palms, asparagus, fresh buffalo mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, imported cheeses, Italian hams and many other items to build your own salad. You’ll also find several elaborated salads and more to explore as well. Salad choices do change according to the season to offer our guests the freshest ingredients available.
Four Chafing Dish Items fresh prepared daily:
Mashed Potatoes, Brazilian Black Beans, Carreteiro Rice – a traditional Gaucho recipe and a Chicken or pasta dish changed every day.
Other Served Side Items:
Brazilian cheese roles, cinnamon and sugar coated fried bananas, French fries and/or Fried Yuca.
